How to get well soon!

It’s the time of the year again. You catch a cold. You recover. You catch another one. Here I want to show you what makes me feel much better in just a few hours.

Monika’s not so secret recipe against a chill

  • a piece of ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 liter boiling hot water

Instructions

Hands on 5 mins

Peel and dice the ginger and toss the pieces into a jug, then squeeze the juice out of the lime. Add a spoon of honey and pour a liter of boiling hot water over your mixture. Drink it as long as it’s steaming hot!
