Chocolate-Raspberry Cake

I was tempted to say, that this is another one of our simple vegan recipes, but then I realised that there is a hidden Easter egg. Vinegar – now you might think I’m joking – is not vegan. Want to have a proof? Click here.

Chocolate-Raspberry cake

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate powder
  • 1 Tbs baking powder
  • 1/2 Ts baking soda
  • 2 Tbs white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries


Hands on 10 mins, Hands off 40 mins

So you remember how they made women add an egg to the baking mix to make them feel awesome about their baking skills. I think that all of that is bullshit because baking IS simple.

Now, preheat the oven at 175°C. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Bake for about 40 minutes. Voilá.. There you have your tasty awesome cake!
